Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation notification.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver nationwide across Trinidad and Tobago, including all regions in Trinidad as well as Tobago.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Trinidad: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Tobago: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions or free shipping on orders above a specified amount.

Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Kindly provide your order details along with photos so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
